Re: New leader of the labour party

Tenpin - Fury at Labour chairman Ian Lavery after he says coronavirus crisis could be 'great opportunity' for party.

I really hope he was being misquoted, but most media are reporting it.

On a Zoom video-conferencing call with young Labour Party members on Friday evening, party chairman Ian Lavery repeatedly claimed that the devastating Coronavirus crisis offered ďa great opportunityĒ for the Labour Party to advance politically.

Most sensible Labour figures have been taking a critical though positive stance in the national interest. The Corbynistaís strategy to politicise this crisis on partisan line has already been there to see, with the left-wingers last week encouraging people chat to neighbours.
If true, he should know even the virus will not be enough to get them back into power.

Just for a laugh can I ask you what you actualy conceive to be the Tory Party Policies?

And then compare them with to your conception of the Labour Party Policies?

I often find it quite amusing when the middle class get all "tory supporter" despite the fact they are totally screwed over by the Torys in favour of the top 1%

Re: New leader of the labour party

Off hand one serious criticism is the sheer length of time it is taking to make a choice , it looks like pure inability and a lack of capability , many would conclude that it is indicative of the party in general .

Through necessity in uncertain times not through political dogma.
