Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

Easyjet has released its autumn/winter flights with one way prices fixed at £29.99 including taxes if booked before midnight on 24 March. They have also reduced hold baggage prices to £14 per sector.
The airline is also operating Dalaman to Gatwick twice a week during the winter, and Manchester to Dalaman weekly.
Easyjet says the early release of the flights will enable passengers affected by cancellations to switch flights to the Xmas period and the February school holidays.

Re: Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

Do the flights have full refund ?
Autumn flights seem a bit optimistic though at 29.99 you would take a punt

Re: Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

They have the same Ts&Cs as any other Easyjet flight.
Obviously its dressed up by the CEO as a way of helping passengers at this difficult time, especially those who want to change their flights to what MAY be a more settled time.
In reality its Easyjet's way of trying to boost cashflow in desperate financial situations.
The bottom line is if people think its worth laying out £60 after weighing up all the possibilities....including will all airlines survive.

Re: Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

I bet they are charging a fortune for a return flight. Also it was nice of easyjet to offer change of flight free of charge but WHEN do you change a flight to. If you change it to later it'll no doubt be back to square one.
I recently looked at an offer from Jet2 peanuts going out but wanted over £800 for the return.
All my flights are already booked for this year but I don't think I'll be using them.

Re: Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

£29 could be what the company is worth by the end of this.

Re: Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

I tried to find a flight from DLM to UK but there was no information on the website.
All very well paying £30 each to get there but with no prices for returns I wouldn't touch it, and are you sure they will still be flying by then?

The offer is for outward and return flights. I have just checked 10 different return trips from Dalaman to Gatwick - including Xmas and New Year and they are all available. The offer states it covers both outward and return journeys.
The reason that the example below is slightly more than £29.99 is that because it is being booked from Turkey it defaults to Euros and when you change the currency it converts at Easyjet's rate.

Re: Easyjet £29 Xmas sale

Thanks for this

Just booked two one way flights for the 29th December. at yes 29.00 each. Worth a punt as we would defo be in the UK for Christmas and wanting to get back to Turkey shortly after.

Tried for another booking out in September back in November but at around £170.00 it was cheep but not cheep enough to take a risk on

You can book the flights back to Turkey at the same price until 2359 Tuesday night UK time. It includes all flights until 28 February.
