Has anyone just been out or going out over the next week?. I saw some photos from I think the 4th July, but I was wondering how the site was looking this week and if the swimming pool will be commissioned for when were out there in about 3 weeks time?

anyone know about progress over the last 2 weeks?

Fantastic pictures Ian. Have you bought one of the duplexs/apartments? Was wondering whether you new if you need the Tapu/Municipal Certificate before you can move in?

I also heard today the pool is being commissioned the first week of August which is excellent news as were out the 2nd week!

Hi Flos

My understanding is that you can move in based on your contract agreement, and of course if you pay what you owe!.

I understand some have already moved in early.... but you cannot fully complete until you have the docs back; but that does not stop you using it. My guess is that we wont complete for many months yet as some friend who bought a villa in April have still not have theirs through!!!!.
