Hi Olive Garden Neibours,
Has anyone moved in yet? or does anyone know how much it is going to cost to have the water and electric transferred into our names. I have been told 900ytl (£360.00). is this a standard charge on a new build? I have been quoted around £230.00 for earthquake and building insurance.
I Would be greatfull for any comments. Cheers. Stevey!!

hi not sure bout the water electric charges sorry, but i paid £180 for my insurance and this was in altinkum hugs maggie xx

This is fully covered in another thread. But the bottom line is that it should only cost you around 90 ytl for each to have them transferred into your name.
