Flights from Belfast
Wanted to know if anyone can give any advice on the cheapest flights from Belfast to Bodrm or Izmir. We bought an appartment in Olive Gardens , Akbuk and hope to travel out in late August / early September. Is it possible to get a flight for up to 3 weeks duration as I can only find flights for 2 weeks? Any help would be appreciated. Also, anyboby else who has purchased in Olive Gardens -- especially from N Ire --- maybe I can gain from your experience.
Mick.

Re: Flights from Belfast
Hi Mick
My mum recently flew Belfast-Bodrum with Airtours for £220 for a fortnight, but I think you can do 3 weeks with Goldtrail who fly to both Bodrum and Izmir from Belfast.
Failing that fly Dublin to Izmir with Turkish Airlines with a 1hr stop over in Istanbul. This is how my mum normally travels to Turkey; more leg room, meal incl, free drink and longer durations. There is a coach service to Dublin Airport leaving every hour from the centre of town; both outside Jury's Hotel and the Bus Station behind the Europa.

Re: Flights from Belfast
You will have to ring Goldtrail to get a price for 3 weeks from Belfast to Bodrum. In fact you'll probably have to ring all the carriers, Firstchoice, Thomascook, Goldtrail, I don't think 3 weeks appears on their web-sites but they're usually happy enough to sort out.
You can get reasonably priced flights over to Manchester or othere places on the mainland from George Best City airport and catch a flight from there.

Re: Flights from Belfast
If you google Belfast airport and click list of destination it brings up who flys to Bodrum, just had a look and its Airtours, Thomas cook, Goldtrail (Onur) First choice and Direct Holidays you can then click on the links to these companys and check prices, these are all charter flights, no direct schedule flights fly from Belfast.
