home made soup

i just love making soup have done it for years we had some friends round for dinner last night they were very impressed with my soup as i had given some to a neighbour and she loved it
so here is the recipe
after cooking a chicken for dinner put the rest of it including the bones and pressure cook for 30 mins leave to cool you then have excellent stock and throw all the bones and skin away and put the pieces of chicken in the pot with 3/4 onions 1/2 doz carrots peas
any thing else that takes your fancy a couple of spuds cut up small chilly peppers garlic a couple of oxo tomato purée chicken or/and vegy stock pressure cook for 1/2 hour oh and pepper and salt

Re: home made soup

It's even better if you add a big bunch of corriander. I make it regularly with whatever veg I've got left and then I partially blend it so it still has bits of veg but also is a bit thicker.
