I think, Kaplumba, that you are interested in cycle helmets not motorcycle crash helmets.
They are sold in Turkey, but are rarely seen in my area (Fethiye). I was not clear if you are resident here or UK. As they weigh next to nothing, you may find it easier to get them in the UK and either bring them or post them. If you are based here, try Ebay.
You might get them in the big cities here, but that may not be convenient.
Shipping anything in takes about 10 days (up to 3 weeks) by ordinary post either from UK or USA. As weight is the prime factor in shipping it will not be too expensive. Despite dire warnings to the contrary I have frequently used the Turkish postal service and they have never lost an item yet.
If you want a wide selection, importing is the best solution.
