Re: The game of "ok"
Hi Marty,
This subject has cropped up lots of times. If you type in okey in the Forum Search facility you will find that it has been mentioned in lots of thread. About two-thirds of the way down the list of threads on the search results there is a thread started by Merlin titled something like Okey the Game Fully Explained. Sorry I can't remember how to post a link to a thread.

Re: The game of "ok"
its like a 13 card rummy, though with played with tiles.... the hardest bit is working out 'dealing', and its quite fun when you get into it..
the link kkob supplied has a link to play the pc at the game, its a great way to practice and very addictive...

Re: The game of "ok"
i have grown to love this game..over the last 6 months in Antakya it has become the highlight of my social life.
Of course we didn't play it during Ramazan..no way ..i shocked everybody by suggesting it...its 'Gunah' i was told...but so many things are Gunah..(sin)in this corner of Antakya.
i know that somewhere in this town there are pockets of iniquity...but until i find them i'm delirious that Ramazan is over and i can get back to a crafty game of Okey.

I know there is an online okey that you can play with who ever... I will get the link from family and maybe we could set up an online game...
!! idea for the forum - couldnt one be incorporated, bit like a chat room?
dont know how hard this would be to do...
