For anyone with cats - we have booked our 2 into the Country Ranch at Turgetreis for a month stay in December so I will let you know how it goes when we get back after Xmas.

They will go in together although this does not affect the price. It is 150YTL each. I'm a bit concerned because the person we spoke to gave us the impression they did not board cats much and if another cat arrived it would go in with ours! Made me wonder if they only had one cat room? Has anyone actually been to the ranch and seen the cat facilities? They are both hostile to other cats tho' they love eachother to bits and with the stress of new surroundings, strangers, food they are not used to, no outside space and no cuddling up with their humans every night I really would prefer the stress of another cat in their space being avoided. Plus in the photo I couldn't see any form of heating and with tiled walls I imagine it is going to be chilly in there. God I am such an anxious mummy

We haven't got a car so they are going to pick the girls up from Yalikavak but they haven't specified the price for that yet.

I probably could have got someone to feed them but there are so many things that could go wrong I feel better knowing where they are and that even if they are not in ideal surroundings they are at least safe and I hope well looked after.

I'm hoping someone can reassure me !!!

Hi Yes I visited the country ranch when I was going to board Cassie and also Barbi
There is only 1 cat room & Yes ALL the cats were together - thats why I decided against putting Barbi there. Also my vet recommended me NOT to board Cassie there for 4 months !
I can put you in touch with someone who maybe would come every day & feed your little girls if you pm me
