after looking at the turkcell website i noticed in online services you can change the lanquage of the message you receive after your call or text has been made
eg;; when you send a text you get a message from turkcell telling you how many credits you have left
i am sure most people are aware of this and well understand it
but sometimes when you get amessage from them as i did you have to ask a turkish person who speaks english to explain.
so now i have changed mine and get the message in english .

ive changed it many times and still get the messages in turkish

as for not registering i think you will have a problem ...
after 90 days the phone will close and you will loose your number

i have had a reply from turkcell today you can not get the message you get after calls or texts regarding credits ect turned onto english but you can have it de activated
i was told in september that it can be turned to english online there is a section english is ticked and it still comes in turkish so what this is for i do not know i did not get the explanation

I've had some good help from Turkcell in the past and the service is pretty good I think. I have suggested they put up a webpage with English translations of these messages...but they have not done it.
Silly, i'm sure they would increase business if they did that!
