Hackers can hack the wireless network and can set up a router with a password but a password is better than none. Make sure you have all the necessary stuff on your laptop, anti-virus, firewall, don't click on unknown links etc.

Has anyone used mobile broadband while in Turkey?
I will have to work while there and as I will be out with the normal tourist spots for a couple of weeks I need to be able to get on the internet.
I know all about the charges etc just wondering if it works ok
