How to pay TTNET bills!

I have an ADSL internet connection with TTNET for the past two months and as yet I have'nt recieved a bill. I have checked with the post several times and still no bill.
Does any one know if there is another way of paying my internet bills.
Thanks

Re: How to pay TTNET bills!

hi, you can go to any phone shop bearing the TTNET logo or your bank or by internet if you have internet banking. you will need to take your paperwork with you as your customer number will be needed, we have had ADSL now for 2 1/2 years without a bill, never wait just go to and pay otherwise you could end up being cut off and fined. we have also only ever had one phone bill and one digiturk bill!!!

Re: How to pay TTNET bills!

I pay most of my bills through standing orders with my bank. Just give them the account details (number etc), when they are to be paid (date) and make sure you have enough YTL in the account to cover them! I have always had a PO box but sometimes my TT and Digiturk bills don't always arrive in my box in time for (Penalty free) payment or don't get there at all - so I have found that by letting my bank take the strain - all my bills get paid on time and I save a bit of money not having to pay "late payment interest" - I hope this helps

Re: How to pay TTNET bills!

If you have internet banking you can probably set up the direct debit yourself from home. I am with Finans and I was able to do so and I imagine they are much the same.

Re: How to pay TTNET bills!

If you open a DD, tell the bank to check back to see what is owed on the bill, otherwise they will just pay the next bill and you will not clear your debt.
