TTNet online billing

OK, I have found the link for ttnet online billing which starts from 1 January 2009, well I think I have found it! Could someone (Shirley probably :-)) please translate it for us?
I am a little confused already, I do have ttnet, but not a @ttnet address, I just have DSL (well I think anyway!)

I think if you try your name plus the @ttnet that might be it. However when they gave me mine they made an error in the spelling which I noticed at the time.

If you have the set up information form the information is all on there.

Hi Sandra there are three boxes wanting info from you..the first you customers number on the next line your user name and the third one your code number

ADSL Hizmet Numaranız*..your customer number
:
ADSL Kullanıcı Adınız**your user nam.....eg sndra.pearse@ttnet


ADSL Şifreniz ...your asdl code
:
and then the numbers shown in the box you rewrite them for security..from this you will get into the site..and take it from there..let me know how you get on..further help etc.

If you requested your name and it has the letter w" in it, they will write this as a letter "v", because they dont have a "w". Took me ages to realise this when i first tried to log onto my account as lewismark it was down as leVismark

I will have to find out what my ttnet address is and adsl password, as I didnt set it up myself!
