Works well and easy but the downside is the porn, a bit much, (Well at least had to look). Anyone know if you can remove channels.

Re: Can I watch UK TV in Turkey

Hey Terry many thanks for this. I downloaded yesterday and all works really well., However I do have a geeky question. When I go online my default page is Yahoo Messenger. However since I downloaded FilmOn my messenger comes up TOGETHER with FilmOn already opened and showing. The FilmOn icon shows up in the taskbar at this time, but when I close it, the icon disappears from the taskbar. Do you or anyone know how to remedy this. I do not want it to open automatically when I turn on my computer??

Just click on VIEW on the menu on the top left of the video window, the click PREFERENCES and make sure the "launch player on startup" box is unchecked then click OK.

Chelsea Boy, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Miss Money Penny, sounds like a corrupted or interrupted download, delete the file you downloaded and try downloading it again.

Re: Can I watch UK TV in Turkey

Mack I tried that too, but it didn't stop it loading on start up still.
This is what you have to do to stop it starting up by itself when you turn the computer on:
If you are on Windows XP goto the Start button and select Run. Type msconfig and press the OK button. On the pop up that opens goto the tab titled "startup". Sort the list by clicking on the column heading Startup Item. Scroll down till you find "FilmOn HDi Player and uncheck the box. Then press the OK button. You will be prompted to restart the PC for the changes to take effect.

When the pc re-boots you may get a warning that msconfig file has been changed and asks you to undo the changes. Ignore it, tick the box and press okay.

In vista press start button, then in the search box type msconfig. It should find msconfig.exe for you, double click to run then follow the same instructions once you get the pop up window.
