I had to have hepatitis B and tetanus about 2 years ago because I sat on a needle on a UK bus.

I don't know if it was the combination of both injections together or what but I bad reaction to one or both of them and I was desperately ill for 8 weeks after so maybe a suggestion don't have them both at the same time, and check when you had your last tetanus as if it was within 10 years of the last one you could get a bad reaction.

Some people do some don't I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.
