Hi I Know someone with a 2 bed apartment there are no balconies but ithas shared swimming pool and is located 5 mins walk behind dolphin square! It is fully furnished and alson has a washing machine. What sort of prices were you looking to pay as it is peak season I know it is registered with an agency out there but I could contact them on your behalf.

Re: Long term let wanted (altinkum)

I have a beautiful flat 10 mins walk from the seafront. It is large and spacious is on a small complex with communal pool, sunbeds and tables, there is 24hr security on site, a games room with pool and table tennis. My apartment is 2 bed, one being a huge double with a large double leather bed there and fitted wardrobes on both sides of room. there is a balcony off this room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers all matching. The lounge/diner is large and has 2 balconies going off it. It has a large tv with video and satellite. It has laminate floors, 2 3 seater suede settees and a lare dining table with 8 chairs= it is all modern furniture. the kitchen is split level with every conceivable extra, dishwasher, washing machine, split level oven and hob, extractor fan, light wood units with black marble work surfaces. The kitchen and balcony overlooks the pool.

Let me know ifyou are interested. My phone number is 05354178678

Re: Long term let wanted (altinkum)

just wondering what is the going rate for long term rentals for a fully furnished appartment, since i purchased my property over a year ago its just been there collecting dust..rather put it on long term and as long as its looked after and making some income from it..have put adverts in many sites (most of them free) but no enquiries..

dependin where you are wil depend on the goin rate but in altinkum i would say the goin rate for long term rentals is between 350ytl per month to say 500 ytl per month, depending if theres a pool, how many bedrooms etc.

Re: Long term let wanted (altinkum)

hi

just short, is the appartement still available?
I live and work in Kiriş, so Altinkum would be perfect.
we are a couple I am 34yrs old, female working as Guest Relation
all year long.
We, my finacee and me are seeking for an own home far away from
the hotel and the staff apartements.
we are looking for a more permanent solution until we can afford to
buy our own appartement.

please let me know asap

best regards
Jeanette
