Booking Form/Contract
Hi there!
Have just got my first booking through the Owners Direct website, but wondered if there any kind of legal forms/contracts/booking form I should use. Does anyone else use such things, and what kind of things should it include? Would really appreciate anyones help, as Ive been trawling the internet and havent come up with anything!! Also, hubby and I are out at Gumsan 1, Gumusluk May 4th, if anyone else is around!
Cheers
Sally

Re: Booking Form/Contract
Sally
you should have a contract. Typical areas to cover would include:-
the guest should be responsible for any damage
provision for cancellation and refund
limitation of your liability
guest should have holiday insurance
payment provisions
list of all people in the party
times of arrival and departure
your right to cancel or make changes (what if the boiler breaks down, or the place is wrecked ?)
Other contributers may add other things to include
I am sure you can find an example on the net somewhere, or you could draft your own
