royal blue beach complex
Hi my name is Rob.Myself and my wife Sue where out in akbuk over the weekend.we bought (off Plan)an apartment in the above development.
Would like to here off anyone else who has seen this place. the builders are HSM construction anyone had any experiences with them before(good or bad as forewarned is forearmed).my apartment won't be ready untill end of jan 2010.the show apartment they have built on site wasn't quite finished but seemed to be very nice size.Thought the idea of water taxis or regular boat service to altinkum was great.
Really looking forward to spending time out in the area had a nice weekend.
bought through parador who treated us very well after 1st trip which ended in disappointment.
regards everybody
rob

Re: royal blue beach complex
Hi Rob & Sue
We have also just purchased on the complex after just returning. The show home was finished building wise, bathrooms, painted & kitchen installed but not furnished. What we saw was good as we saw other "show homes" where the quality and decoration was seriously lacking.
Our apartment is due for completion in 16 months so it is further down the hill from yours. Which block did you go for?
It would be good to share experiences with others as it may help us avoid as many pitfalls as possible. Hopefully this will be a smooth and pleasant experience for us all.
Regards,
MCB

Re: royal blue beach complex
Hi MCB
our apartment was in block 3 (3rd block up from road on lhs as you look up hill)
it seems a large development to complete in 2.5years. I suppose progress will depend on how sales go.Hopefully it will be finished on time with few problems.I will keep in touch and we can exchange info as and when we acquire any
cheers Rob.

Re: royal blue beach complex
Hi Rob,
we just came back from there at the weekend, and bought one of the off plan apartments which will be ready next June, we bought through parador as well, although saying that, if it wasn't for the girls showing us around, and the guy selling the property being so nice and helpful, we probably we not have bought. We hope all goes well with the build, but they do get charged 500 for evey apartment not ready on time every month, so here's hoping. it was a beautiful place though.

Re: royal blue beach complex
you may have seen this on here recently ,and you have plenty of time but tell parador you want the habitation certificate sorted when the place is finished.

Re: royal blue beach complex
Hi Rob and Sue,
My name is Kev and my wife is Jan, - we have also bought an apartment on the development - should be ready by the end of June next year. Looks like a great development and if they get it anywhere near the brochure I think we may be on to a good thing!! . . . and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out over the next few months.
Regards

It will be ready, maybe not to your standard but it will be ready so forget the 500 that's just sales talk.
