motif homes side

i have been away from this forum for a few months but i am planning another trip to side in a few weeks time.
when i was in side last year i was in touch with a company called motif homes. i have been trying to get back in touch with them but cannot seem to get hold of anyone on the phone.
does anyone know of this company or have any up to date information about them i think they were opposite korelli restaurant

I have just received an email in which Ali writes that he will be opening a new, smaller office. I don't know where or when at the moment, but can add this information when I have it if anyone is interested?

Update on the Motif Homes question - have received and email from them saying that :-

We wish to advise you of some changes here in Turkey.

1. The large old Motifhomes office has closed however all ongoing business and staff are transferring to the new office at:

Selimiye mahallesi.
Sarmaşık sokak. No:1
Side Manavgat Antalya Turkiye

Please note the opening of the new office was delayed due to bad weather affecting the building and completion of the office but will hopefully be ready for business by the 10th February. We are assured also that the telephone will also have been connected by this date.

2. Motifhomes has merged with a new company and will be known as Jordan Property Center.

3. Heather is no longer working with us to concentrate on other interests.

4. New email addresses will be forwarded within the next few days. Please note that motifhomes@hotmail is no longer available and until we advise a new sales address use this one.

We look forward to seing you at our new office next time you are in Side.

Yes I have had the email in question but not sent by Ali. It was sent to me by someone who worked for them. They owe me money for the sale of my house.. it was sold 3 years ago, Heather & Ali Kurtgil kept saying my Tapu had not come through. I need all the information I can get now about what is going on with this new company that is supposed to be called Jorden homes.. Please help me with this.. As my solicitor in this country has been writing to them for nearly a year now and all we get is excuses...... All help welcome.. Shelley Sutcliffe

sootysut after the amount of stories i heard about motif last time i was in side i thought there must be someone who had suffered from dealing with them. it is such a shame when people are tricked out of their hard earned money i hope you manage to get you money back but i fear you might be in a very long queue. good luck. lemmy

Thank you for all the comments, after getting an email this morning from someone saying I should try to get my property back as late last year My solicitor received an email from Motif homes stating I still own this property as the Tapu hasn't come through. and I should get a solicitor in Turkey to do this for me. I hope Ali Kurtgil and his wife rot in hell for what they have put me through.

I knew H for a long time in Side and her EX husband Ali. I heard that she was having cosmetic surgery and was trying to get the hospital to give her a discount and she would get tourists to spend their hard earned cash there and she would take commission. Another scam from H and A. She has had so many fingers in so many pies over the years.

someone has just told me that she is the person behind bodydesignerturkey.com. if heather has had plastic surgery that may explain why she is 2 faced and now even has 2 names as she is calling herself louise. i am sure that there must be more people who have fallen foul of this pair of robbers. at least dick turpin wore a mask.
