1- The #1 rule is to show respect for all members. If you do not agree with a fellow member, be courteous in your response. If you do not address fellow members on the board with respect, be prepared to lose your membership forthwith.

2- The posting of non-solicited advertisements in undesignated forums will not be tolerated. Examples include starting a new thread for the purpose of advertising a product for your business, or posting an ad to a pre-existing thread that does not pertain to the thread's topic. If you submit a post about your business, be sure it is worded tastefully, on-topic, and not a generic SPAM. We have a separate section to allow people to advertise their business and services, please post ONE only advert, if you violate this, your account will be locked. Moderators have absolute discretion.

3- If you have a disagreement with a moderator (If your thread gets deleted, if you get a warning, etc.), DO NOT take it out on the moderator. Do not even think about publicly complaining about moderators actions. If you have a problem with a moderator's decisions, Please email the Administrator.

4- Negative remarks based on race, ethnicity, or religion will not be tolerated.

5- If you want to leave someone information that is not allowed on the forum or you simply want to leave someone a Private Message not intended for anyone else, you can use the email facility that is available on our forum, this facility can also be used to contact the administrators in case you feel you have been done injustice (do not contact the administrators for questions that are better left on the forum, so others can answer them and/or benefit from the answers as well)

6- Do not leave your email addresses or phone numbers in the posts for security reasons, please leave that information in your profile.

7- Anyone who posts just to increase their Forum stats or post topics out of boredom risk having their topics closed, removed and/or membership revoked.

8- English is the "official" language of the forums. You're not allowed to base an entire thread on another language but you may post short sentences or remarks on other languages if it serves a purpose.

9- Do not post or promote illegal activities such as drug abuse, fake identity, illegal software, or any other content deemed unsuitable by a Moderator or Site Admin and links to sites containing such content.

10- Give people a little time to respond to your requests. There's a lot going on in these forums and it may take a little time for people to notice and respond to your request. Please be patient.

11- DO NOT post the same topic in multiple forums. If you are unsure of which forum a thread should go under, just state that in your post and a moderator will move the thread to the correct forum. Multiple posts are unnecessary and will be deleted.

12- DO NOT post the same question multiple times in multiple threads in the same forum. If no one responds to your question or request, just post a reply to the same message thread again to bring the message to the top of the list so folks notice it.

13- DO NOT post back to back posts in same thread. Just click to edit button and add your further message to your post.

14- DO NOT post unrelated messages in unrelated categories. If you would like to chat, please use the Chat facility

15- DO NOT post links to other forums, please contact members using the email facility if needed.

16- DO NOT post in all capital letters. Aside from being considered "Shouting" in terms of internet etiquette, it makes your contribution hard to read. Postings in ALL capitals will be deleted.

17- DO NOT link images from other sites, this is not fair on the other sites as it uses their bandwidth, please either find images yourself to include in your posts or if you have to include images then upload to one of the free hosting sites and add link from there.

18- DO NOT put any links to estate agent sites in your posts, if someone needs the details, please email them using the forum facility. The forum has a very powerful search facility to enable you to locate pertinent information very quickly. In order for the "search" to work effectively we ask you that no abbreviations are used in the title of your post and that your post is not made in all capitals. Please check the "title" spelling before you complete the post so that others can benefit in future searches.
