Some bargains in Altinkum
 Evening all from sunny Altinkum,
Good news for all the bargain hunters out there - we have a great selection on the Crescent homes website. Where else can you find a DIY dream villa for £19,500 or a brand new semi detached villa for £50k.
At the other end of the scale - if the lottery numbers come in a four floor villa which feels like a small hotel, 100m to the beach comes in at just under £250k (but at least it has underground parking).
Start searching for your dream and let us know how we can help.
P.S. for anyone looking for both commercial and residential in one go - we have an entire building (ground floor duplex (commercial), one apartment & a duplex - all for £95k. Commercial rentals are very good in relation to domestic rentals- a great source of income for someone.

Re: Some bargains in Altinkum
I'd be very interested to know whay a 'Dream Villa' is as well.
I've been in sales nearly 40yrs now but I can't relate to the dream machine sales methods.
Reality? Now that's different, I can deal with that every time and usually meet peoples' needs at the same time.

Re: Some bargains in Altinkum
those prices seem amazing-why does that area seem to be so much cheaper than here in the Fethiye region?

Re: Some bargains in Altinkum
Morning all
The DIY dream is as suggested only suitable for someone with both time and skills to renovate; and there are many people out there who want to do exactly that. I have met three groups this week alone.
Prices are relatively low because of both an abundance of property and land in the area.
It just means far better value for buyers.
After 40 years, I would have thought that realising peoples dreams in whatever form they take would be common practise - but maybe not.

Re: Some bargains in Altinkum
maybe so but theres also a massive amount of property for sale in this area but you have no chance of getting anything decent at those prices

Re: Some bargains in Altinkum
I agree Philip and not everything is that cheap, but as I said in the first post when you can buy a four storey villa with ten rooms, multiple balconies & full size roof terrace under £250k- its still a bargain.
