yes i see what you mean, and of course turkish law is so diff as you cant disinherit your children,they have more rights than your spouse or husband. but the other thing to consider with air travel [not nice to think about] is there is not much chance of both of you snuffing it at the same time while in turkey unless you are driving together or the plane crashes. alsodid you know that unless your travel ins covers repatriation back to the uk in case of death then you willbe put in a shroud and put in the ground within 24 hours asmuslim law dictates.[no coffins here] it is possible to be buried before your relos find out you are dead.in case of tracking relatives down in uk . |
