Re: How to read your Tapu & Dask Certificate

You may hav been given a copy of the builder/developer Tapu, but it would not have been yours, I had a copy of the Tapu but it as pointed out to me that it was not mine as it would at that point been impossible to have The Tapu in our name until it had been returned from Izmir.

I have now edited the beginning of this thread to include a copy of the Dask (earthquake certificate)

Re: How to read your Tapu & Dask Certificate

Lorraine, thanks for posting the link - now I need to check exactly what the Tapu says. I thought once I got the Tapu everything was in order, but I've been reading about habitation certs etc and now I feel there are more hills to be climbed and possible more bills to pay - no surprise there! My Tapu has definately got an X in the right of access box, but there is also narrative and % in the reason of application box. So I don't know where I stand, I feel another chat with the builder coming on.

Thanks goodness for this forum! I don't know where I'd be without it.

Re: How to read your Tapu

Hi Readers,

There have been a number of people concerned about being unable to read the tapu.
Due to popular demand I decided to design a sample copy of the tapu translated into english.
Anyone who would like a FREE copy sent via email, don't hesitate to contact me.
The attached document would be sent in microsoft word 2000 format.
After receipt, I would appreciate any comments and feedback regarding the Tapu copy.

Help those who help you!

CLick this link

when a new window open showing the image above left click again on the image to enlarge and this will let you print off your own copy.

Mushtaq

Both have the same details -labelled up slightly diferently -one is a picture file and one a word document. Lorraine's has been on the forum a while and I have found it very helpful. Alan's word version will be useful too.
