This site may be in Turkish but its pretty straightforward to navigate.....

Looking at the site in greater detail and after talking to Mustafa (Argos Homes), it appears there are serious plans to develop an internet based system for Tapu registration and Tapu tracking however, its early stages but looks much better for the future.

I have asked Mustafa to make some comments on the site.

I really think we should be petitioning this government site to provide the site in english text for the whole site. Its such an important resource.
