habitation certificate help!!!
help needed. I am in a turkish block approx 10years old, roof terrace and have no habitation certificate (was not aware they existed until i read it on here??!!). I do have my tapu tho.
Problem is this
potential buyers are wanting habitation certificate, been to find out about it and now found out;
within the block of 12 flats, the builder has applied for 6 habitation certificates, builder is now dead!!(literally and it was before i got near him!)
can anyone advise me on what to do in this pickle and the cost involved, also is it really life threatening to sell the property without it?
many thanks.

I was told you could not sell a property without the habitation certificate.

Re: habitation certificate help!!!
I believe they cost about £400 and people now want to buy houses with them as the government are now cracking down on this and you need a habitation or living permit to have legal water and electric connections. You must ask someone , lawyer, family of builder, other people on your complex about this and find out if yours has been applied for and if not appy for one.
