Tax Return on Rentals
I am a UK tax resident with a holiday property in Bodrum.

I believe that tax is payable in Turkey on any rental received in Turkey.

Does anyone know how tax is paid and to whom?
Is it paid using a specific tax return form?
Is there an English version of the tax return used?
Can the return be made by an individual or does it have to be via a Turkish account?
