Tax Fine on Co-ops

Guz1 On a slow learning curve	Tax Fine on Co-ops Our site has recently changed from a co-operative to a normal sitesi. We have been notified by our Baskan that by reason of an accountant in Istanbul having made a complaint on the subject of tax, all co-operatives in Turkey will be fined and that our site site will be fined retrospectively. He expects the fine to be between 3,000 and 4,000 YTL. My Turkish neighbours have told me not to pay. Has anyone else heard about this fine?
