Please could someone explain all the differant taxes, we have an apartment in altinkum which we are going to next week to pick up our tapu [9 months later] and know we pay a buyers tax but have seen goverment tax, community tax and property tax qouted on other sites, what are all these taxes we have to pay.We know we pay a sort of community tax but what about the rest.Differant sites mention one or the other but what is government and property tax.We are not looking to avoid taxes and like to get everything sorted when we are out as we already have direct debits for elec and water.Any help much appreciated, and will hopefully make our week in turkey more enjoyable.
