We have just come back from staying in Botanic Gardens which, apart from expected initial teething problems, is good. We also have a villa in Gocek and visited the site, and the Hanel offices in Fethiye. The central facility (boat, indoor pool, gym, restaurant) are still being built and planting across the develoment is underway. The site is certainly not ready for use. When asked, Hanel (optimistically) said completion will be by 15 August. I would expect this to be September once all the tidying up has been completed.
One point that we are still pressing hard on is the promised screening between the road and the Terrace Life site. This will be important in providing some privacy and shielding the apartments and villas from view of passing traffic.
