No contest, has to be Selimiye!
No big hotels dominating the sea front, no massive developments covering adjacent mountain-sides, just a small, unspoilt village with locals still herding small flocks of sheep and goats, but with a selection of excellent restaurants catering for most tastes.

Can I chuck sarigerme in the mix, it is only one street but there is all you need there and the locals are really great people. Don't forget the beach it beautiful as well.
