Enter turkey after a ban?

Hello im new to this forum but got a urgent question and looking for other peoples experiences, ive lived in turkey for over 6 years 5 with resident and 1 without i overstayed cause i couldnt find the amount of money for the bank account, now i speak turkish fluently , all my friends are there , when i stayed there without a resident permit i did after go to the police to try and renew it but they said it was impossible after moree than 6 months overstay and said i had to leave the country, so after a few months i decided it may be better to go back to Holland work a few months and go back, now when i left at the AirPort they gave me a fine of 716 turkish lira’s , i didnt have any money at that time with me so i couldnt pay it but i want to pay it desperetly now !! So the officer said you Will be banned for 5 years and must sign a paper i signed it , recently when i was thinking about going back i found out that i had to apply to the consulate cause ive a ban, and provide a ****load of documents, so i did, after waiting for 4 weeks it got rejected and my 60 euros i paid where gone of course, now what i find the weird thing is , in my passport i got a normal stamp , while i hear if people are banned they get a stamp in their passport , and a e-visa that i bought was approved , while i hear other people with a ban their e visa gets rejected and have to apply to the consulate, need advice! Any help? Flying this sunday to turkey cause my visa of consulate got rejected and when i asked the reason they said we dont know if they dont know i cant improve my application , typical turkish beaurcraty to me, why the hell if i pay the fine i can come back to turkey and if i dont pay it they want all information cause i could be a threat , i wanted to pay but couldnt any help please

I heard that you will have to choose at the airport between pay the fine or departed to your country.

I meant pay fine at embassy in your own country if you left Turkey without paying the fine at Turkish airport when you left Turkey.

Re: Enter turkey after a ban?

From link .

You can usually have a ban lifted by paying an additional fine at a local Turkish embassy or consulate. They will then forward your application to the ministry of the interior in Ankara, who will decide if the ban should be lifted or not. If you were banned because of a failure to pay fines, you will have to pay them at the Turkish embassy or consulate. There may also be additional fines involved.

This leads me to believe you just can't simply fly back and pay on re entry .

This is the interesting part of link that I think is in regard to Mikaill
