So the officer said you Will be banned for 5 years and must sign a paper i signed it , recently when i was thinking about going back i found out that i had to apply to the consulate cause ive a ban, and provide a ****load of documents, so i did, after waiting for 4 weeks it got rejected and my 60 euros i paid where gone of course, now what i find the weird thing is , in my passport i got a normal stamp , while i hear if people are banned they get a stamp in their passport , and a e-visa that i bought was approved , while i hear other people with a ban their e visa gets rejected and have to apply to the consulate, need advice! Any help? Flying this sunday to turkey cause my visa of consulate got rejected and when i asked the reason they said we dont know if they dont know i cant improve my application , typical turkish beaurcraty to me, why the hell if i pay the fine i can come back to turkey and if i dont pay it they want all information cause i could be a threat , i wanted to pay but couldnt any help please

Agreed if you don't pay the fine on your departure then depending on the overstay period you can be banned for 5 years and even after the 5 year banned has finished each time you want to visit Turkey you have to obtain a visa via a Turkish embassy or consulate

Once the op has served his 5 year ban he will be able to apply for a visa via the Turkish embassy or consulate

this website contains the Visa ban codes and time period for different offences

Re: Turkey entry

evo80 i wanted that but was not aware that i could not simply pay it when coming back.... could not enter turkey till now and i doubt my chances are small with a new visa apllication through consulate... heard for some people that you should say my pasport got lost in your own country get your new pasport go to turkey and that when they scan the pasport no entry ban is left in that new pasport., anyone heard more about that?? really have to go back my girlfriend is also there

Re: Turkey entry

Might be simpler to Get her to come to you.
Basically I think you exhausted all options on previous posts though.
Good luck.

Also says you may still be able to get a E Visa, but may still get sent back from the gate in Turkey.

new passport wouldn't work as they scan the biometrics

Best options for you are served the ban out or ask your girlfriend to relocate to TRNC
