Does anybody know if I can get this in Turkey or anything like it and what the name is thanks.

Yes you can get it from Azda and the name in Turkish is Krem Peynir

isn't Krem Peynir cream cheese?? different to fromage frais although I suppose it could be a substitute depending on the recipe

Sorry, but I buy Krem peynir all the time and it's not fromage frais but processed cheese. I've never found anything like fromage frais and usually subsitute suzme yoghurt.

when i was making a cheesecake i used krem peynir,fresh fruit,cream and icing sugar after i had blended it it tasted just like fromage freis :-)

When ever I have had Fromage Frais in the UK it has always tasted and had the texture of a full fat natural yogurt, so I would use that as a substitute.
