Thanks for your answer.

I mean to buy yogur and Ayran in Madrid because I live in Madrid.

In Istanbul I would not have any problem, I know.

Re: ¿Where to buy turkish producto in Madrid?

Madrid has some of the most beautiful girls in Europe; I am sure that all of them eat yogur so you can find it easily I think you won't find Ayran, but you can make fresh Ayran yourself very easily from yogurt:

Ingredients
crushed dried mint (optional)
1½ cup water
salt, to taste
1½ cup plain yoghurt

Preparation
Pour yoghurt into a dish and beat until smooth, add water and continue beating until thoroughly blended, or combine in an electric blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and dried mint. Chill thoroughly and serve in tall glasses, with ice.

Buena suerte a mi amigo!

Re: ¿Where to buy turkish producto in Madrid?

Why dont you ring any of the Turkish restaurants and ask them where they buy their Ayran etc from? I'd guess it comes in via Barcelona. If not google turkish food suppliers and see what you find. Buena suerte!

The real yoghurt and ayran deteriorates in same day. You can't find real yoghurt and ayran in Madrid. For packaged yoghurt and airan you should look Turkish markets and restaurants.
