Bulgur Pilav

Ingredients

Bulgur 1 cup
Tomatoes 2 pc
Green peppers 2 pc
Meat stock 2 cup
Butter 50 g
Tomato paste 1#8260;2 tablespoon
Salt
Procedure

Heat butter, cook chopped onion, add sliced green peppers, finely chopped tomatoes, paste, cook well.
Add stock and salt, after boiling add bulgur. Cook, covered until bulghur are tender. Wait 10 minutes, serve hot.

bulgar is much easier to cook than rice..especailly turkish round grain rice...its nice in soups too in the winter.
also makes a wonderful salad called kısır..
