Management plan

I thought the management plan for a complex are held at the local Belediye, so I asked them for a copy and I was informed that they are held at the TAPU office, I phoned the TAPU office and they confirmed that they hold the management plans.

Where did other TLF members get a copy of the management plan for their complex?

Re: Management plan

It's the Yonetim Plani and is held at the Tapu office, at least in Didim.

Take your Tapu and ask for a copy of the YP.
There should be no charge for it.
The Tapu office did ask me to go to the bank and pay for the YP, but apparently had second thoughts.
Make sure the copy is legible and is complete.
The edge was missing from mine, but the translator managed to make sense of it.
I got mine translated at Didem Academy, above Technosa, and it was hopeless.
They had to do it again, but it was not much better.

-->: Management plan

Do all complexes of whatever size have a management plan? Who lodges them with the Tapu office? We live on a small site of just 6 apartments and know nothing about this.

Is there a formal way that you can manage a complex if it's less than 8, or can you just do it informally?

Can you still create a management plan?
How do you handle non-paying owners?
Can you still take them to court, if necessary?

Re: Management plan

hi all

I found out that the so called management people on my complex have been letting people use my aps without my permission. What can I do I was never asked to vote for them, what is the law in this case.

I thought everyone had to vote.

Re: Management plan

Must a complex have a Habitation Certificate issued, for the council to hold the management plan? In other words if there is no Hab Cert, do the council still have the managenet plan?

Have you changed your locks?

Who has access to your apartment?

How did these people get access?

If they are letting it on your behalf then you should change your agent.
But bear in mind that you must take extreme care who you choose, as I do know that some people have been ripped off.

Re: Management plan

You can have a management plan for under 8, 51% need on site whether or not you have a H/C. You need to get the "plan" rules and regs set up properly, once it is ALL have to adhere to it (Yes even the Turkish).
