Your question is vague to say the least, why not just ask your solicitor/QC who submitted the case ?.

I've been asking 'my lawyer' the question since the beginning of March Ian, I'm now all out of patience waiting! decided to try & find out for myself.

Re: Judge's Decision

Just looked back on my court cases, Tintagel it has taken 1 day to get a written report from the courts with the judges decisions they are all done by email to me the day after the hearing so my guess is that yours................Sure you can work this out.

Re: Judge's Decision

Ian thanks, the case is in Turkey. Had it been UK based they would be reeling from the tornado up their bums by now!

Thanks Mary, you've confirmed what I thought was happening, again.........

If it weren't for my personal circumstances I'd be telling them to their face just what I think of them & when I'm done with all this ****e, I'll be telling everyone else as well

It depends on it being civil or criminal and if you placed an appeal then it goes to Ankara that then takes 6 to 12 months did you use an avokat ? they will be able to tell you as putting a tornado where it hurts Hmm ! think i would rather stir up a hornets nest !! but good luck

It's a 'civil' case funlife & no appeal (that I know of) has been lodged. I'm sure I would have had the usual demands for more money by now, if this avenue had been thought of or applicable!

It's a damned site easier (& cheaper!) to lodge formal complaints against so-called proffesional bodies in the UK, the accused tend not to want their name bandied about as charlatans & cowboys.
