Selling on a debt owed

Can I sell on a debt owed to me here in Turkey - I have a photocopy of the debtors kimlik and a signed (but not notarised) loan agreement - needless to say the due date has passed. Many thanks, Helen

Re: Selling on a debt owed

My guess would be you have little chance with what you have described, I could be wrong of course. More likely avenue would be your local maffia man but then you've got to get the do ray me off him.

Re: Selling on a debt owed

Helen ıf the debt was a senet and notarısed you could have sold ıt on ...
but as ıt ıs nobody would take the debt on as ıt couldn't be enforced through a court which is a shame

promıssory notes that have been notarısed sometımes get sold on a few tımes and usually end up wıth a bailiffs letter when the last man in the chain goes to court to get his money back
