Living In Depot

Does anyone know the legalities of a caretaker living in a depot on a complex,
or even if it is legal to live in an apartment that is classed as a depot.
TIA

Re: Living In Depot

if there's no complaint then there will be no problem..its only if someone complains to the Belediye there could be a problem as its not allowed legally

if somebody is so desperate for a home why deny them it..is it a problem

If the owner of the block can flog it or get a caretaker to do the work cheaper then........................like most Turks its good business. They study only themselves when it comes to money.

Thanks for the replies, I have no problem at all with him living there, but we want to ditch the builders doing our maintenance, and Keep our caretaker who also wants to stay as he is, only now I think the builders might put in a complaint just to be awkward.
