Bailiffs & assets

again-simplified version- court has find in my favour-estate agent and owner.
Between them one has a building company, a van, a plot of land, seems to be running a restaurant and estate agency-yet the solicitor says-restaurant rented, van on HP.land plot owned by 10 different people etc
I said go for their house- only worth 1mil says the solicitor-which makes me think the solicitor does not want to get me any money.
How can I find out if they are getting an income from airport pickups and commisions from sales, from the building company etc and get my share of the income and force the sale of his and his partners homes.

Re: Bailiffs & assets

i think you need to get the icra involved... they will go and mark all the assets the people have. They will also stop them selling said assets until you are paid.Unfortunately they cant ascertain income but even in rented restaurants the fixtures and fittings are normally owned by the renter. where abouts in turkey are you, maybe someone local can give you better info

Re: Bailiffs & assets

In relation to a different type of case (but still damages), I was told recently that in the event of such a debt not being paid then the assets of the wider family/relatives can be taken.

Re: Bailiffs & assets

this event is in Akbuk and the Icra has been-apparetnly I am not the only English people taking these people to court-so it would seem the solicitor is not doing his best on my behalf

immac-I have only just managed to get back on site-problems with the turkish "i"-meanwhile-have you heard any more about the wider family isue?
Ahmet Kaya was one of my respondants-but he has since died and Mustapha Bayoglu of Akbuk has shifted his personal assets, but he has a Company-but I have read that to see if the company is running requires a large charge and permission form the Company owner. I have yet to asertain if he is still running the restaurant or airport transfers-maybe someone in Akbuk can advise-

Re: Bailiffs & assets

The restaurant is long sold off, the bus went years ago too.

Mustafa Bayoglu is no where to be seen, most people seem to think he has left the area.
