When to buy a 90-day visa
Probably been asked before, but....
At the end of my current contract, I'm thinking of joining my wife in Turkey for a couple of months. Trouble is, I have a 90-day visa at the moment that should expire on the 1st August during my stay.
Can I buy a new visa on entry in July to cover my entire stay or am I going to have to take a trip to Rhodes at the end July?? Basically, how long before my present visa expires can I purchase a new one?

You can buy one as soon as you like. They don't care if you've still got 89 days to go on a visa, they'll take your money. So, yes, buy a new visa when you enter in July.
Just make sure that you don't go a day over 90 though.
