Re: residence permit for irish people
I didn't think it mattered what country you where from. Am I wrong? I got my residence visa in 2005 and it cost about 815 Turkish. Are you planning to organise it when you are over in Turkey? I'm in Bodrum and it took about 8 weeks for mine to come through, but maybe it's different for the different areas.

I think you wıll find the ''oirish'' residents permit is a good deal cheaper as they hammer us on UK passports.

So your permit cost around £350.00
How long does your permit last for?

Re: residence permit for irish people
I have just paid 493ytl for my residency and 75ytl, I think that is the admin charge for the little blue book you get. This is the current price for 1 year. Children under the age of 16 are half price. From the information I seen in Aydin there was no difference in the charge for British or Irish.

Re: residence permit for irish people
Hi, I was told that people from southern Ireland get visa's at a drastically reduced rate as they don't hammer the Turk's for their visa's like the British. Need's checking out though.

Re: residence permit for irish people
My residence visa is for two years and I hold an Irish passport. So I don't think the price is different for British/Irish passport.
