Re: Residency Permit

j.....strp's are 1 or 2 years validity, ltrp's cannot be applied for until you've held continuous strp's for at least 8 years, and they do not have an expiry date.

Re: Residency Permit

And re the STRPs

As regards 1 year of 2 years- is that totally down to the region you apply as to which you are allowed ( like it used to be)

Re: Residency Permit

Here in Didim, we can have 2 year ones but remember you will only be able to get a residency for as long as your passport is valid

Re: Residency Permit

We are in Didim
The first application had to be done in person in Aydin, subsequent ones can then be done in Didim

Bez, you will always find someone to help you with the process if you don't mind paying for their time It is well worth it to take the stress out of things. xx

I have to agree Sue. Ive never used a helper before, always struggled through the nightmare on my own but after spending over a year applying for citizenship, clearly and easily qualifying on all the points on their list of requirements (both being married to a Turk over 3 years and also owning property 12 years) & also jumping through many more hoops that are not on their list of requirements and then getting refused and still waiting to hear the reason 3 months later.................. I couldnt face the thought of that online form again. Used a helper for 150tl. Two quick visits to him, no interview needed, all done by post, I'll never struggle with that again.

Kemil at the Trafik office opposite Alanya Otogar - excellent!
