neutral Senior Member	Golf Any news on the progress on the golf courses being constructed around the Tuzla area or any photos of them if possible.I think one of the courses is due to open this June. Thanks,

kevin4faber Senior Member	Re: Golf Hi, I am next out at the end of May and I have a place that overlooks the lake and the golf course. Lots of stories that relate to the opening of the golf course, but not much that can actually be substantiated. Last I heard it had been delayed due to the extreme weather conditions that were experienced the sowing of the grass seed was seriously delayed, I know that the work is well underway with the water features and the bunkers but the completion is subject to Turkish time frames! hi all, i'm flying out on the 7th april to check up on apartment i bought on flamingo golf resort, its the 1 directly across from the golf course. agent says they'l give me a look around golf course, so i should have some pictures to post !

alfiescott alfiescott	Re: Golf Hi Just returned from Iasos today and during our week we visited the Vita Park Golf resort again. ( see Bodrum forum re Tuzla Golf in Feb 08 ) The site was full of workers around the entrance and there was an army of women weeding around tee boxes and greens. The problem with the grass seems to be sorted and the site manager suggested June is still on. Can't wait.

sam and audrey New Member	Re: Golf Hi all just back tonight from tuzla, we had a private tour around some of the holes by owners son and it looks good. they say they're well on schedule for 27th of june. Plan is 9 holes starting from the 10th which he walk us up, short par 4 i think 11 520mt par 5 everything about the course ozzess class. no pictures lo but you can see outline of course if you drive up the hill that take you to flamingo golf resort

jearden Member	Re: Golf We were at our apartment in Bogazici Tuzla last week and popped down the road to check the state of the Flamingo golf course. As you can see from the photos it does exist but looks a long way off being playable. Incidentally I got berrated and threatened by the construction manager for daring to take photographs from outside the site. The club house is at the end of a dirt track village road and I don't understand what they intend to do about access. Having toured all around the hillsides I can see no other way in, so am I missing something?
