Thumbs up Royal Heights Tuzla

Hello Everyone
I am new to this site and have purchased at Royal Heights Tuzla and expect to sign for property in May 2009!
I was wondering if anyone was in this area and had purchased Furniture in Bodrum instead of going through developers etc??
Also is there anything i should be watching out for?

Hi Trek
There are losts of shops in Bodrum where you can buy everythinhg you need. The guy at Yatas is great and speaks perfect english.
I would recommend him to anyone. There is also Metro, Koctas and many others .They are all near each other on the way out of Bodrum in the opposite direction from Tuzla
I have an apartment on Lakeside Gardens at Tuzla and am really gald that I bought my own furniture after seeing some of the stuff that others were given by some companies. it is a little bit of work but worth it.
have fun and enjoy
Sasha

Hi
We purchased all our furniture last year along the Konacik Road (Koctas, Metro, kipa) are all on this road. There are many furniture stores there and we had no problems at all. We paid half up front and half on delivery. They are most helpful.

Hi Trek....some of the furniture shops that we use dont charge for delivery in the Bodrum area but I think Tuzla is too far out for most Bodrum shops not to charge.
You could hire a lorry and a driver but remember to budget for fuel as it is more expensive than in the UK.
Places like Koc Tas and Metro have a set delivery price depending on where you live that you can usually find written on a board in the store

Re: Royal Heights Tuzla

You should head for Milas, quite close to Tuzla and a lot cheaper than Bodrum. Many shops there will take cash and also give discounts. Will deliver for free, you can barter, but many dont speak english but you bet where there is money to be had, they will understand ok.If you have the bottle it is good fun. A great market quite large as well.
