deed costs

Hello-

Please can someone help!

I am buying a property in Tuzla and I am in the process of transferring the title deed into my name.

The solicitor has quoted £1200 for the military application and £1000 for there fees.

last year I was quoted £1000 for the military application, they have told me that it is going up every year.

Is this the correct and fair amount?

with thanks

Re: deed costs

In the Antalya area (Alanya) I paid 650TL (£300) for Military Clearance about 10 months ago. I know this has increased slightly since but that does seem expensive. Good luck with your purchase.

that's ridiculous I bought in August this year and paid about 550 TL, although most lawyers in Didim charge between £300 and £500. You can do it yourself easily you only need to take your passport and tapu of existing owner. Get another quote at least, I would say.
