Three Bed semi on the Basko site.

I will be over mid-May and available to show to interested parties.

Basically a shell but wired and plumbed but can be made liveable for £5-6,000.

I shall post photo's once in country.

Will consider any reasonable offer - Tapu in hand.

Off the top of my head it's 90sqm - 105sqm all together

Basko site is behind sunset cafe'.

They have private beach - communal pool, basketball court etc.

130TL p/mth site charge

Actual worth is around £25 - 30K considering completed ones are selling for just over 40K locally.

In case any one is wondering I do have Kat Mulkiyeti ticked.

There isn't any debt on the property, and as thought it is 105 sqm.

Sorry I meant to say 90sqm as per my first answer to size of my semi-detached Villa.

I've been checking prices and stuff out and reckon that it can be restored to a liveable condition for around 12,000-12,500TL.

I'm off to Milas in a few days to pay the council tax; site fees paid up to November, DASK done, all without an agent - wow, this worm has def. turned!

And probably less for a Turkish speaker...
