Hi happy people

I have 2 dishes on my roof one for turksat and the other one I forget but the only few english channels I get is driving me up the wall ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
I get news and bbc prime.
I took the satalite player to the spot kartal and they done something to it which is exact same.
Anyone got the same problem? Anyone help in any way?
p.s its the free to view channels as im only over few times a year

basically, you get what you pay for. ie if you want more "English channels" you'll have to fork out for Digiturk

I'd suggest you called in a television engineer. He could set you up with Nile Sat on your second dish. It should be pretty cheap and you'd then get quite a few English speaking channels, without forking out a monthly subscription.

D-Smart is another option. 320ytl one off payment (you already have the dishes) and you get 147 channels including movies, discovery, etc and there is a facility to have some of the channels in english or turkish as there is with Digiturk.

If you've got Turksat then you can get CNBCe and E2 which are in English CNBCe only after 6.

If you can't find them change your TV guide list to Alphabetical and then try. If you still can't find them do a channel scan. With 2 dishes there is an option of which to show, make sure this is set to both. On the channel scan make sure you see a signal strengh next to Turksat, if not your dish may be out of line.

if you pay £6 a month /about 18 ytl . to digiturk they will supply free a box a dish ,and you get quite a few brit ch .plus when you are not in turkey you can suspend the £6 for 2 months at a time without breaking the contract.

you should get premiership football live on turksat channel is fox sport (frequency 12022 H symbol rate 05380 ) and if you have second dish moved to 7W ( nilesat) you get about 17 channels in english all free
