Lost BBC Prime-can anyone help?
Hello-I hope that someone can maybe help me out. I have a goldmaster box with Turksat2A and Hotbird. Yesterday morning, BBC Prime disappeared, (during cbeebies-unhappy 3 year old!) Anyway, we took the box to the suppliers and they did whatever it is they do to it-still no BBC Prime. We then did a complete channel search-still no BBC Prime. Can I get it back? I know it isn't the best channel in the world, but my kids love Cbeebies and I like a look at Eastenders! Any help would be appreciated. Regards Angie.

if you do a search on hotbird and do a manual search with the frequency of 11117 vertical and symbol rate 27500 you will get bbc prime back again and it shouldnt go off again hopefully

we had this problem in alanya and after i emailed the bbc and was told bbc prime is a subscription chanel it went off air for good we only got it back when we subscribed to digiturk hope this is some help

Heatherto, when did you lose Hotbird completely? We thought it wasjust us as it went off a couple of weeks ago and we haven't been able to get it back. We're quite getting used to watching Turkish channels now.

Thankyou to everyone who has replied. I will gve what adam has said, a try-heres hoping!
Though, I have to say, I found digiturk to be better. It was my daft idea to get rid of the digiturk and go for the goldmaster set up-big mistake-on my part anyway. Unfortunaley, there is no going back! No matter how much I moan and whine about it.
You can get BBC Prime on kablo TV, but it depends if your area is served by the kablo-mines isn't.
