Hi All,
Can anyone tell me what is going on with phase 2? I have bought on Artemis B6 and after reading the comments about what is going on I'm very concerned. I have emailed the builders and Karma Legal and no one is replying? they are reading my emails but to no availe do they want to talk to me? Can anyone help with some information?

Hello Wayne, the simple answer to your question is no, the builder is not going ahead with the 2nd phase. We were actually buying Artemis D5. 2nd phase purchasers' are being offered the option of switching to phase 1 or as I've read on this forum getting their money back. I emailed Erhan the week before last and asked for information on the situation. He told me that phase 2 is not going ahead and gave me a choice of properties' in the Kronos blocks' only. He did not mention the option of returning our money. Last week I told him that with respect, the offer of Kronos wasn't what we had in mind and instead gave him a list of preferences' for apartments' and duplexes' in the Zeus and Apollon blocks'. Failing the offer of choices' in those two blocks', alternatively we would like our money back. Up till yesterday morning he hadn't replied so I emailed him again asking why we weren't offered the Zeus or Apollon options'. As we had intentions' of retiring to Akbuk in the near future I told him that if we didn't have those options' we would like our money back so that we can begin looking for another property somewhere else in Turkey or even another country. As of yet there is still no reply. Like you Wayne, we also have concerns' about the whole situation. I gave Erhan our choices' of 12 properties' or our money back. This is not ideal for us but it would be a compromise so there would be hopefully, no losers' on either side. We wish you and everyone else the best of luck in trying to resolve our problems'. Hi to everyone.
Re the kitchen units l spoke to Erhan a while ago and although we would have preffered the old units we did not have a choice. It was either have the new ones in all white or the ones posted in the gallery. So we have decided to go with the two colours with white top units and the brown bottom units felt it would go with the tiles and other decor better than all white. However l am sure that if anyone wants all white they could email or phone Erhan, later would be better and he may also have different work tops available. But may now have ordered all units (only 5/6 weeks left).

Carol & Michael in one of my previous threads l mention that they have only sold 60 of P1 that leaves a lot of choice you would have thought. l can not understand the Kronos only option. I am sure with hard bargaining you will get what you want. Maybe you could join us up on the top shelf in Zeus B block.

Re the tapu and military clearence issue we have not heard anything from our solicitor as yet but it is in our contract that 10% of the value will not be released until this is complete.

Just a thought for anyone ringing Erhan re any problems. Phase 2 was under construction ie the plots excaveted. If they are not now going to build P2 or even if they do but some time in the future what is going to be done to this eyesore will they plant some trees of some sort to block the view.

Hi there Jo and Craig, thanks for your reply. Zeus B was one of the choices' we gave to Erhan but that still left another 11 options' which he still has not responded to. As to hard bargaining, how can you bargain at all with someone who won't talk to you? When he did reply to our emails', he told me the space left where Artemis and Leto were to have been built would be grassed over and belong to the complex. It would be nice to join you both in your block. What on earth is going on? Carol and Michael, FRUSTRATED!
